I had heard positive comments from people in the community about 13 Moons. We had dinner there on Sunday, Jan 12. I had the scallops which were flavorful and nicely cooked. The rice pilaf was bland and the overall dish lacked in presentation given the price of $59. My husband’s shrimp scampi was over cooked (tough) and lacked flavor. The highlight of the meal was the cheerful, efficient service. Overall, overpriced and mediocre food.

Our experience was truly wonderful! I took my husband for his birthday. I made a reservation and mentioned his birthday and asked for a particular table. Every one of my requests was met without my needing to say a word when we got there. The food was truly delicious, wine was excellent, we even had a couple of cocktails which were also excellent. Our server was professional and attentive as usual. This is truly one of the best restaurants in the area, maybe THE best.

Great place to dine. Quiet and good food. Don’t even have the feel that other diners are in the room. Service was excellent. Look forward to going back soon.

It was such a fantastic dinner and experience! I’ve eaten here many, many times but my family was visiting for the holidays and it was their first time at 13 Moons. They had never had a better meal or restaurant experience. We are excited about eating leftovers today.
