15 Point Road, A special treat in Portsmouth Rhode Island along the Sakonnet River. Busy, but not crowded, 15 Point offers casual upscale dining with an enchanting moonlit river view. A traditional menu, strongly influenced by the local bounty (especially from the sea), pleases most everyone and house specialties are an ever-changing eclectic delight of innovative and contemporary dishes. Once inside you will be entranced by the view of the Sakonnet River which leads out to the ocean beyond through the panorama of windows. While enjoying Al Fresco dining on our deck, across the river you will occasionally notice the local fishing boats as they make their way to the Tiverton fish market. If you're lucky enough, you might even catch one of the local lobstermen heading out to tend his lobster traps in Mount Hope Bay!

We sat at the bar tonight & Meghan served us. We had cocktails & appetizer before dinner and were not rushed. Our entrees were great as was the service by Meghan. We’re coming back in two weeks for Valentines Day with another couple. This place, although small, is near the top of our list for favorite restaurants!

Thanks to the staff at 15 point road for holding a table for us as we experienced a small emergency which delayed our time of arrival by about 20 minutes... And the restaurant was packed.

The service and the setting of 15 Point Road are outstanding. The food is outstanding and the menu is quite extensive and changes with specials being offered. They also serve bread as part of the meal! I think the best is tservice.he courteous and pleasant

15 Point is one of our favorite places to go, the food and service are consistently excellent. The warm bread a garlic infused oil is a great way to start the meal. The wine and cocktail lists are extensive. My husband’s favorite is the duck. It is a generous portion and cooked to perfection. I don’t usually order prime rib but tried it. It is a large serving and cooked to the right temperature, however, not as flavorful as the filet mignon. The mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious too, and unfortunately we were too full for dessert! 15 Point continues to be one of the top restaurants in the East Bay.

Excellent first experience here last night. Was blown away that the hostess called to confirm if we would prefer a table or booth for an infant in carseat that was noted on the reservation. This was a great example of customer service you don’t see often nowadays. Food was excellent - bacon wrapped scallops, stuffed sole, prime rib, and beignets. Solid wine list. We will definitely be back.
