   This is a wonderful place to gather for a special occasion because it has spacious seating with a lovely view and festive decorations. The food is always delicious.

   For this to be a resort the food was just ok. The only starch they offered was French fries. The stir fry was Made with rice instead of noodles however the crab came was okay. The waiter staff was then so we saw our waiter maybe 3 times during dinner. They said the restaurant had live music however the music was play upstairs on the second floor not where the restaurant was located which was on the first. Overall it was just a ok experience

   Crab cakes and crab toast and crab cake sandwich were all lump crab meat.Alex our server was great and the barmaid came over to our table to make sure my drink was perfect.

   We were excited to hear that The Reagan Years were playing when we walked in. We were promptly seated, and the server was there quickly to take our drink orders. That’s where it goes downhill. Once we received our drinks (water) the server took our apps order. When the app & soups arrived, we had no utensils or napkin. The half-n-half was great. Nice balance of a sherry cream of crab and a good vegetable crab soup. The buffalo Brussels sprout app was good but was a bit too drenched in wing sauce. It was tasty. My wife went to the wait stand to ask for utensils. Ten minutes later, the server came back and asked if all was ok. We let him know we were waiting on our utensils to eat our food. He brought them back forthwith. Our water glasses sat empty from our app tasting to post meal. Our food arrived and my salmon was very good. The Brussels hash was yummy but a bit too hard with big chunks of Brussels. My wife had a salad and crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was well done on the outside and mushy raw on the inside. They did take the crab cake off the bill so that was nice. Not sure we would return.

   We really enjoyed our Anniversary dinner at Alexandra's restaurant. The filet and scallops were cooked perfectly to order and the sides, risotto and brussel sprout hash were delicious! We finished with the cannoli and apple crisp which we loved!! We will be back for sure.

    Nice environment, but it seems like they only have 1-2 servers to take order for drinks and payment and sometime need to wait for a while in order to get the drinks. Food selection is okay as well. But really love the live music and the location.
