We waited one hour for our drinks we ordered Shirley Temple and either these people have no experience at all and making Shirley Temple or they’re just not meant to be bartenders, but we got it and there was no Sprite. It was pure grenadine. I love you wait 30 minutes after ordering our food two hours ago and we finally get our food and it’s disgusting and it was literally dog food. We ordered fillet and nobody could convince me that that was filet mignon that was dog food that was not fillet overall if you’re in the most beautiful city in the world don’t ever come here avoid it like the plague run whenever you see it run when you smell it the roof is falling in on the restaurant and the staff has horrible hygiene, the health department really needs to close this place down

Shame on us for not reading reviews before we went. The Board of Health needs to pay a visit to this place. It was a very unpleasant dining experience. Service was extremely slow. “Bartender” (same lady serving us) was unable to make basic cocktails that were listed on the menu. We ordered wine instead, and 3 of the 4 glasses we received were dirty - filthy, actually. We had to send them back to be cleaned. The fondue was tasty, but by then, we had no confidence in the cleanliness of the dish or the kitchen it came from. Nobody offered us dessert (thankfully). Errors on our bill resulted in them overcharging us by $200. They corrected the bill when we pointed out their mistakes. The entrance to the restroom was through a food pantry storage closet. The entire experience was bizarre and disgusting. There are many restaurants to choose from in Telluride. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We arrived on time for our dinner reservation and were ignored by the front door for 5 minutes and it took another 5 to be seated. The worst part, though, was that we were seated for almost 30 minutes with no service except for water in dirty glasses. They never came to take our order. We had our kids with us, who were hungry, and we ultimately just left and got burgers down the street - a much better option. Disappointing experience, to say the least.

This was such a disappointing restaurant. The fondue was good, but that’s where the compliments end. The accompanying apples were mealy and sliced in huge, uneven chunks. The bread was unevenly toasted. We paid $14 for a side of Brussels sprouts - 6 HUGE halves. So $14 for 3 sprouts. The cocktails were terrible. And worst of all we felt completely forgotten (we had a 5pm reservation and there were only 2 other tables dining). Overall we felt that the prices were highway robbery for a very unsatisfactory meal. We won’t return!

Restaurant was cold and breezy- menu lacks choice - would be nice to have vegetables with the fondue. Restaurant feels cluttered and messy. Probably won’t go again.

Food was very good. Service was attentive but not overbearing. However, seemed a bit overpriced for what we got. You’ll eat well, but definitely pay for it.

It feels very European! Yes- it is a tight space, but feels like fondue in the Alps. Food was great!
