   Food quality is always good. There is room for improvement in services. Lack of attentiveness. There is no floor manager/supervisor coverage checking on guests in the entire evening. For a table of 5, we were offered to sit at a small table with cramped space. The restaurant was not even busy!! We were offered to a bigger table after complaining to the hostess/supervisor. This happened to me twice as I was patronized last time! They never learn!! I wonder if I'll go back again.

   Fantastic birthday dinner last night! Everything was perfect: cocktails, warm sourdough bread, steaks, corn pudding, creamed spinach, caesar salad, beet salad. Chocolate soufflé to die for! Our server Christopher made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly and polite. Probably our best dinner out in Pasadena, ever!

   My wife and I have celebrated our pervious anniversary at Parkway Grill so we decided to give Chop House a try. Every we had was delicious. From the crab cakes to the green beans to the scalloped potatoes. Our steaks were perfect. We plan on returning in the future for sure.

    It’s been a while since we’ve been here and we’re kind of disappointed with the service we received. It took us over an hour to get our main entree then our steaks are mediocre than I can imagine. Totally disappointed
