Opened in 2014 to a 4.5 Star review from the Baltimore Sun, Azumi is located on Baltimore's Inner Harbor in the elegant Four Seasons Hotel. With picturesque panoramic waterfront views, Azumi offers authentic Japanese cuisine with a strong focus on sushi matched with an amazing "hot kitchen." Azumi's Sake and Japanese Whiskey program is one of the largest in the region. Named the city's best Japanese restaurant by Baltimore Magazine, Azumi is also one of the hottest spots for nightlife in the city featuring a live DJ on weekends. Enjoy outdoor dining on our expansive patio. Outside seating can be requested but not guaranteed.

Azumi’s highly-skilled teppanyaki / hibachi chefs are on display in our new FLAME ROOM as they cook the highest-quality meats, seafood, vegetables & rice on a solid-surface iron griddle right before your eyes in this intimate & interactive dining experience.

RESTRICTIONS: Due to our style of cuisine, there will be minor restrictions that we cannot accommodate, including vegan, non-seafood eater, and gluten intolerance who cannot have regular soy sauce in cooking.

    Absolute amazing experience! The flaming sushi, the crab noodles and wagyu fried rice was 10/10. The fried calamari could have came with more for the price, but it was still really, really good.

    We did the premium tasting menu and it was amazing! The A5 wagyu left us speechless, best steak I ever had ( by far). The sushi was Awesome! Our server, Maria, was wonderful as was the front of the house manager. Beautiful restaurant, outstanding food, and great service :)

    Went with old friends for a date night! We ordered platter of sushi which was phenomenal and the miso soup is some of the best. Seemed like there was limited wait staff but a lot of “support staff”. The only problem was the support staff could not understand English and there was a delay in getting our waitress’s attention to order more wine etc
