   We had a reservation for 7:45 pm 2/2, we arrived a fee few late at 7:51 pm but was sat almost immediately. A server eventually came over started taking orders for food in drinks. I asked about vegetarian options and there was much just the yakisoba and tofu steak. (Also there’s no non-protein option so they charged me for a chicken one). I feel like there should be more vegetarian options just to be more inclusive. (Maybe a vegetable dumpling, avocado roll, or the option to have fried rice with tofu cubes?) The chef was really nice and I got zucchini and mushrooms which bulked it up a little but 35 dollars for noodles with some cabbage is kinda steep. The flavor was also just okay. I will also say we didn’t have a chef until 9:12 pm it took a really long time and we were just sitting and waiting for like 1hr and a half. I salad was decent but my miso soup took a really long time to come. Overall me and my date kept each other entertained but it was his birthday and honestly I wish the experience went a lot smoother. I work in the industry myself so I don’t typically give bad reviews I just feel like more should have been done to improve the guest experience and compensate us. I understand things happen that aren’t in my server and chefs control because restaurants can be hectic but our experience was definitely not the best.

   This was my 3rd time going to this location, the first two times I went and sat at the bar so that particular service of course was pretty quick. However this night my sister and I decided on hibachi for her birthday. We made reservations so we that we would be a priority. We waited over 45 mins alone to be placed at a table. Once we were finally sat with other guest. Our waitress was great she did come and serve us refreshments & their complimentary appetizers. But after that it took another hour 30 mins before we actually had a chef come to our table. No one came to check in on us besides the waitress. It was getting late and closer to their closing time. I finally got up and looked for a manager. It wasn’t until then the manager I would assume came over to the group of us and told us that he was the one who sat us down so he knows we’ve been waiting a while. Prior to that if didn’t go and find someone to speak to I do believe we would have been waiting even longer. The food was okay, the cook was nice — he was trying his best to ease the tension being that everyone was upset from waiting. All together. I maybe won’t go back for habachi maybe for happy hour something quick. I think if they would of communicated in the beginning it could of went a little better. They did give us 30% off discount but honestly that didn’t so much my sister and I had one tab and to me for the service it was still pricy.

   Our service was awful. First, they were out of two of the bottles of wine we ordered and then didn’t have anything to substitute. The patron next to me spilled her lemonade on the table and no one came to wipe down the table or give us new napkins. My husband ordered steamed rice, that never came. Plates and bowls were stacking up and we had to put them on the windowsill so we could have room to eat. For how inflated the prices are, we would have expected a little better service.

   Took a lady on a first date here and was a great choice! Chef was very entertaining service was very quick food great drinks great everything great!

   Phenomenal experience and server and Chef Leonardo cooked our meal to perfection! Next the Bernard best chef in Buckhead!! We have been going to Benihana for 25 years and knew Bernard when he was a rookie chef. He is training them well!  10 out of 10!!

   I celebrated my birthday with my niece and great-niece, and we had a wonderful time. Stanley was our chef, and he was awesome. Our waiter, Thomas, was also really good. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, especially the happy birthday celebration at the end, which included delicious green tea ice cream. I definitely plan to come back again!

   For $40-50 entrees and a near hour wait to be seated (with a reservation), then another hour to be served, I would skip this experience. Plenty of quality restaurants in Atlanta that are more deserving of your business. The poor hibachi chefs seemed overbooked and stressed out, with tables like ours being seated at grills long before the chefs were ready for us. Again, skip this restaurant altogether - you can find better value & quality for your money elsewhere! Our waiter was extremely sweet & we appreciated his service when the overall restaurant’s was lackluster.

    I honestly love the food, Stanley was our chef and he was great! Definitely love the energy! However I don’t like how slow service is even when you have a reservation. I made one and still did not get to fully eat my entree for another 2 hours because of how long it took for us to get seated and then serviced. Do not come here if you’re hangry because it will take a minute but the food is still great!
