   Totally disjointed. None of the food came out together, it was a portion at a time. Did not get to eat asa family, but one at a time. Vegetables were one tiny slice of zucchini, a few mushrooms, and a ton of onions…all given separately! If you tried to hold it until you got your next serving to mix them together, it was cold. The chef had very little interaction with the customers no personality. Extremely overpriced from all the food to any of the drinks; outrageously expensive. It was me my wife, my 12-year-old son (for his birthday) and his friend; it cost $230 plus tip! Server seemed nice but was pretty inattentive and not very good at all. I will never go back.

   Had a 7:45 reservation. Was sat at 9pm. Sat at the table for another 20+ minutes before we had drinks or service. Food was good. Service was terrible

   Overall, it took forever for us sit down for our meal. It took almost an hour and 30 minutes I do understand they were behind. It is a great place and we will be back.

   Our chef Shaynie was very good and are server Jessica was also very professional. The price of the meal has gone up dramatically. In my opinion it is not worth the value. There are so many tables food suffered. Also I ordered a gyoza appetizer when we first sat down and didn’t get it until right before the second course

However, I completely understand your frustration with the price increase and the delay in receiving your gyoza appetizer.    Last two times we have been there was terrible service, not a good chef, food was not great. Disappointed to say the least! The restaurant is going down hill

   Our waiter was very unhelpful the first half of service. Didn’t pass out forks, left them on the side of the table for a customer to pass out. He forgot a drink and I had to ask a different waitress to bring it from the bar. Soup and salads came out at the same time which isn’t too much of an issue unless you’ve waited over 30 minutes for them. Our chef didn’t crack any jokes. When an egg cracked on the table in front of my husbands plate there was an apology from the chef but the table did not get wiped down. So there was raw egg juice just sitting in front of my husband. This was such a poor experience from both the waiter and the chef. Very disappointed when it was people first time at the table and they didn’t get the full Benihana experience

   We waited over 3 hours for a table because the hosts kept pushing our reservation back. Our reservation was at 730 for a party of 5 plus a car seat! We didn’t get sat until 930!! They kept telling us we were next & nothing. Jose the chef kind of made up for the inconvenience though, food was delicious & he put on a good show!

   We waited an hour or our reserved table. We were told they were running a few minutes behind when we got there and once 45 minutes had passed I went up to ask how much longer and they said soon. 15 minutes later we were seated. We waited another 15 before being greeted and another 15 before getting any drinks. Waited at least another 30 before the apps arrived and we didn’t complete our meal until almost 9:30. Our reservations were 3 hours before that. This is unacceptable and we will never be back. No manager came to our table to apologize or offer anything for the delay and super slow service. There are plenty of great places to eat for the cost and without the headache.
