   Where to start. We had a 630 reservation and when we got there we’re told they were 30m behind. Okay no big deal. We come back in at 30m because we had yet to receive a text and are told it will be another 15m. Another 30m go by. We were finally sat at 750pm! That’s actually insane. I can’t believe we actually waited that long. But we were already there so we did. Then we ordered drinks and she tells us after that the bar is behind. The chef didn’t come over until 830p and starts making the food and gets all the way to our entree and then they bring the drinks. At no point did the manager come apologize or attempt to explain what was going on. Why make a reservation if you still have to wait an hour and half. Food was okay. Worst experience I’ve ever had. We used to go to the one in Tucson and it’s amazing and the service is great. Disappointed with the chandler location and won’t be back. Don’t wasted your money and just go somewhere else.

   Had a reservation at 6:30. When we arrived, they told us that it would be 25 to 30 more minutes as they were running behind. They asked if we wanted to wait in the bar area we got a table in the bar area. No one came over in the one hour that we were sitting there to even take a drink order. After waiting for 30 minutes we checked in in our table still wasn’t ready. We waited for one hour finally got seated when the chef came out. The grill wasn’t even turned on so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes and food wasn’t good. Our chicken was very rubbery and chewy.

   We were there on a Thursday night (last night) and I made a reservation for 3 at 6:15 pm. When I arrived, the place was packed. They said it would be 25-30 minutes of a wait even with a reservation. We didn’t get seated until 7:15 pm and then they took forever to get drinks and food ordered. We didn’t touch our first bite of food until 7:45 pm. For fun, I went to the OpenTable app to see what reservation times were still available and every 15 minute reservation was available. There’s a severe disconnect there between the restaurant and this app. Please fix it.

   Took about 30 minutes after we arrived, to give us the table, took an other 30 minutes to take the order, everybody was in a very bad mood, and the food was not good

   We had reservations for 8:45. We Did not get seated until 10:15p. Our chef did not arrive until 11:05pm. Total unacceptable. Not a manager in sight keeping customers patient or updates on delays.

   Despite confirmed reservations, our seating was more than 30 minutes late. A restaurant that has been in business for as long as this has should be able to manage seating demand much better than that. Food met expectations but teppanyaki performance was underwhelming.

   We love going to benihana-but will probably not go again on new years eve. We waited for almost 30min to get seated-even with a reservation. It took way longer than normal to get our food/appetizers & drinks. I understand they had a lot of people there but still. But normally any other time of year we love it!!

   Our family comes every year to celebrate New Year's Eve. We had Diego and he was the best teppanyaki chef we have had yet! Most are very good at what they do, but not all have the personality to interact with the table. I appreciate that he took time to conversate with my boys. The preparation of the food was also amazing!

    We love Benihanas. We go to celebrate birthdays. We made a reservation for 7 and when we checked in we were told they were behind 30-45 minutes. Who don’t you have a system to notify customers of this? It was a little irritating to have to wait. The service and fix was fantastic as always
