   Upon coming to be seating we sat down and there were spots of grease on plates from dripping from the exhaust vents spoke to Mitchel our water and another person if we can get something to wipe it as it would be dripping on to our plates. Four of the plates at our table were dirty and needed new ones but this wasn’t the main issue. I don’t think guest want to have foreign things dripping in their food as they eat and for us to just get something to wipe it up you act like we’re asking for to much when we aren’t even asking you to clean it up even though it’s your restaurants lack of cleaning issue. Our waiter took our orders and 20 minutes later we received our drinks. When our Chef came out Chef Ron he was going over everyone’s order and Michale completely skipped putting my husbands order and messed up two other parties order too. Chef Rom had to go and fix it and took care of everyone’s order. My husband got steamed rice and Michael just for got about it and Ron had to keep telling him about it before he actually got it. Michael kept disappearing when guest wanted refills he was no where to be found Ron had to ask someone to get us refills and then Michael appears on his phone texting behind wall. Chef Ron carried this ship and if it wasn’t for him this would be a 0 . Food was good and Ron was fun and very caring and enjoyable. Please give him a raise and thank him for us! Some people should not be In this industry and Michael seems to be one of them. Won’t be back to this location again due to the second bad experience we’ve had.

   Our chef, Stephanie, was INCREDIBLE!!! I wish we could request her for all of our future meals at Benihana.

   We were seated at 720pm and didn’t get our first drink delivered till 8pm. We ordered at 730 and then just sat in dismay and disbelief for 30 mins waiting for waters to be delivered. No sorry or bill reduction offered. Service at this location is clearly not what customer deserve or expect

   Too expensive for the price. And portions are not conducive to the price. Our cook was disrespectful towards our teens because they did not tip. He called them broke people.

   Our favorite restaurant in the greater Cleveland area. This was the family’s special occasion restaurant when we were growing up and now that we are all over the country. It is a rare occasion that we can gather to go here. We were not disappointed! The food is consistently delicious. The service was top notch tonight as the restaurant was as quiet as we have ever seen it. Apparently the day after Thanksgiving is not as busy as Thanksgiving day as we were told the restaurant had 175 reservations. The chef show is the same as it has been for 30 years. It is fun for kids and adults who have never seen it. If in the area don’t miss the chance to eat here.

   We had a very entertaining dinner. Antwan, our chef was very charismatic and his food was delicious. If you request him, you won’t be disappointed.

   I love Benihana but this was the worst. Chicken was soo salty and dry. Everything arrived backwards (meal ended with being offered sauce!). And the chef told the table to tip him directly because although the wait staff is supposed to split the tip, they never do.

    The atmosphere was very plain and simple, there’s brighter lighting and practically no Devore, between 2 people and not crazy portion sizes with a drink each and an appetizer of 6 dumplings it was over 200$ including tip. Not worth the money in my opinion service was good though.
