   Waiting Area Wait time was Great... Our waiter was slow with her delivery, but ii also see she may have been overwhelmed by the many requests from the other pardon so ii give this visit a C+ MY family eat at Uncle Bennie as we call it (Benihanas) every month so based on my greatest experience yesterday's dinner experience was a C grade

   Love the food and the experience but it’s a little expensive and the service is slow.

   I was called to make sure I be on time for my reservation they will only give me a 10min grace period so l inform my party of 8 we was there at 645 reservations time was 7 we waited 145 to be seated very!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in Benihana for over booking and having me wait that long. This manger was not interested in hearing nobody complain 😡 by the time my food came l was no longer hungry and had a bad headache from all the commotion. It was my birthday dinner with my girlfriend and I’m very upset.

   Our reservation was at 6:30 PM and we didn’t get seated until 7:30 PM by which time our young child was very sleepy. My husband‘s drink had so much ice in it, it was gone in two sips. Not a great value.

   Went there on my daughter’s 12th birthday with my family of 5, and non of us enjoyed the food and our cook was not that great. The rice was hard with no flavor, my lobster was dry, and overall wasn’t satisfied. Our waitress was the only thing we enjoyed. She was very attentive and polite. We will not come back or recommend this place.

   Our chef wasn’t super interactive and we saw other tables with super fun chefs. Also, soup and salad weren’t served without having to ask for them. Super pricy meal and service wasn’t great.

   Sadly, someone in my party, who clearly stated multiple times that she was celiac (severe gluten allergy), ended up being gluten poisoned. We were assured all was safe, but it was not. This makes me so sad because we love this location and the people.

    Our server and chef were great. However, the management is not very good at managing nor hospitality. We were seated late (which is typical at this location) for a 5pm reservation. During dessert, we were asked to leave so others could be seated that were waiting. There must be extreme pressure on through-put instead of getting customers to spend more money (which we would have maybe had another dessert or drink). This place is a joke.
