   Our "chef" was very good, nice traditional hibachi "show", but most importantly he cooked everything to perfection... from the fried rice, filet Mignon, lobster etc. Fried Banana and icecream desert was very good. Our waitress also did a great job, very attentive and efficient.

   I’ve never had a bad experience at Benihana. But unfortunately this time it wasn’t the service but the amount of time we had to wait for the chef to come out and serve just me, my wife and our baby. No one else was at the table and we essentially ordered the same thing, so I didn’t see much to prep. Mind you this was at a half empty restaurant at the time. Not going to say they are always like this, but this time it was sub par. I do want to leave this review with a positive note; our waitress was exceptional. Very attentive and apologetic about the wait time.

   I’ve eaten here dozens of times. Normally it’s adequate service typically slow but nothing terrible. But this last time they were slammed and the service was about as horrendous as it could be. I had a 7 pm reservation and I didn’t leave the restaurant until 10:45 pm, which is totally unacceptable for habachi service for a child’s birthday. Took forever to get service and food. Drinks were rarely if ever refilled. And the chef messed up our orders (most egregious was he accidentally gave away my kid’s portion of shrimp to another guest and then tried to claim he didn’t and they had to bring more food to solve it. If I wasn’t someone who has eaten here literally dozens of times I wouldn’t have been able to get that sorted out). That was just the tip of the iceberg, and while I generally enjoy the food and ambience I post this so management knows so they can fix because I sincerely doubt I’m ever going to go back to this location again.

   The service was horrible I have a video of the cook trying to do the tricks but dropped the utensils .. Had a bug in my cousins drink

   Just 1 stars all around. I never even got to experience eating the food. Me and my girlfriend had a reservation for 6 PM. We walked in on time & were standing in the front for almost 30 minutes before being greeted. When we finally got seated, it took longer than 15 minutes to get greeted, so we went back to the entrance to try to get a booth by the bar. Guess what. We had to wait another 20 minutes before someone other than the host sat us. Then it gets better, we had to wait another 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Literally, by the time she came to introduce herself, my girlfriend was already upset and wanted to leave. We had a whole day planned and dinner couldn’t even go right. I’ve been to a couple of Benihana’s & this is by far the worst one EVER! There’s no excuse the service is so bad & without an apology. Don’t waste your time here please
