   My entire group was freezing and had to keep on coat and wear gloves! My chicken and steak were both overcooked! Also, I never received my birthday voucher which we were celebrating and spoke to Eric the manager who said he could do nothing about it. I sent several emails inquiring as to why I hadn’t received my voucher without any response! I celebrate my birthday every year at Benihana and this was by far my worst experience.

   Went to Benihana on 3/25 with a friend. She ordered chicken teriyaki and I ordered the Emporer's Feast. We also ordered an appetizer of vegetable tempura. Our appetizer never came and the chef began cooking our order. I asked the waitress about the appetizer and she said that the chef in the back has to do all of the sushi orders BEFORE he does the tempura. This is unacceptable. I asked a manager about it and he said that a couple of people did not come to work and that the chef in the back is about a half an hour behind. So, I just cancelled the appetizer order. I did notice that the children that sat at our table got their sushi and fried food from the back timely. OK, so the chef starts cooking and then runs out of the shrimp appetizer when it got to me. Well, I'm allergic to shellfish, so OK, but I was going to give it to my friend. After the meal, we did not get the sherbert that came with our meal until we asked and then it was like it was a big inconvenience. And I might add, it was less than a teaspoon. Very disappointing. My friend paid the bill, however, I told her she should not have tipped. I don't know if she did or not. Has Benihana gone down hill now?

   The food was good. Dragon roll was missing the shrimp and got only a table spoon of ice cream.

   I'm a pretty easy customer for restaurants. I'm very forgiving for slow service, mistakes, or whatever. We had a reservation for 7:00 but didn't get seated for 20 minutes. Forgivable, except that we didn't get approached to even get a glass of water for another 25 minutes, we just stared at a hot grill with 5 strangers. Beverages came slowly as did our lackluster chef. Truthfully we just wanted to eat by that point, so the lack of pizzazz was par for the course. Food was fine, but the bill was disproportional to the whole experience, and we won't be going back here. The ceiling is nasty and the waiting area is cramped. Not my jam.

   It was empty waited much longer to be seated. Waiter mixed up multiple things,the cook messed up, we gave our cards for checkout waited 30+ min to get our cards back

   Took my daughter for her 10th birthday dinner celebration. They were very accommodating with adjusting my reservations, as we needed more time to gather everyone. Upon arrival, the employees we encountered were super nice. Our cook was not very engaging. It, for sure, was not the same experience I have had previously at Benihana while in Texas. The selection of vegetables presented were only two. My daughter and her friends ordered the white noodles, which were not cooked in front of us. They were brought out on plates and given to my daughter and her friends. The noodles were cold. In addition, the food was poorly seasoned. Lastly, we were presented with the bill and no one ever came to sing happy birthday to my daughter until prompted. After such poor service and unpleasant food, at least my daughter could’ve gotten a happy birthday without asking, considering she cancer in with “It’s my 10th birthday sash and crown on”🤣🤣. Maybe they didn’t realize it was her birthday. I’m part way to please. But this experience was not what I would’ve have expected.

   It was very slow we were in a month ago with no issue and it didn’t even feel like the same establishment. Will not be returning most likely when asking the manager what the issue was he told us we had one of his “slower servers” and that was all.

   Our server, Tiaira, was terrible. She rushed us to order & then got our order confused after asking twice. We had 2 children & their hibachi food was last to be served which doesn’t make sense to make kids wait & the adults were nearly done. It was extremely loud tonight & we couldn’t even hear our family talk to each other. The ladies bathroom was a disaster. All in all not our best experience for $350.

    Food was good but price has gone up considerably! Other couple at table reiterated the same feeling since last visit!
