   We had a great Chef/Cook named Alvaro from Nicaragua. He was excellent he prepared the food in a great way, delicious. Alvaro was very entertaining and had a lot of patience during his cooking. Alvaro took to care in a timely and proper manner of all the special requests made by some of the guest in the table. Alvaro is definitely great asset to Benihana Miami Beach

   Estuve 2 hr y no nos dieron de comer nos tuvimos que parar y buscar otro lugar el servicio pésimo el aire acondicionado estaba helado y nunca le quisieron bajar la temperatura nunca más regresó

   We had reservations and people who did not got seated before us. The floors were slippery and my husband almost fell. Also we had reservations for 800 and finally ate at 1030. I had to get my own water at the bar, and I have a hurt foot. People beside us didn’t even get the right drinks. Brought super for tea. All wrappers and empty.

   The chef cooked well. But, I left like he was on asset with one of the people at the table. She and him spoke the entire time. She would tell him how much seasoning to put in the food and he listened.

   Once again, these people have taken terrible service to a new level. Amazing. The waiter literally gave us to go boxes the minute we got our food. We sat down an hour and 15 minutes late. With every step, we felt no respect and experienced low quality. Dessert was included with our meal, but they just brought a check instead because they said their ice cream machine didn’t work, after asking, “where is our dessert?” What a dump.

   The starter didn’t come we didn’t get drinks the waiter didn’t clear the starters when finished they didn’t offer any discounts they didn’t tell the manager when we complained Not great it cost me 90 dollars in taxis which is my choice but not worth any ride

   Service is horrible. Food is no more special. I have been going there on and off for 40 years, so I know.
