   I recently visited Benihana and had one of the most frustrating dining experiences ever. I booked a reservation for 8 PM, but my party wasn’t seated until after 9 PM. To make matters worse, once we were finally seated, our food didn’t start cooking until almost 45 minutes later. The delays were absolutely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that requires reservations. The food was horrible—bland, poorly prepared, and far from what you’d expect for the price. The service was just as bad, with the staff showing little concern for the obvious delays and lack of attention. On top of that, customers were forced to pay gratuity regardless of the service quality. Gratuity should reflect the level of service, not be an automatic charge, especially when the service is this terrible. When I tried addressing these issues with the manager, they were extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate my party in any way. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation—they were defensive and unprofessional throughout. If you’re considering dining at Benihana, I strongly advise against it. Poor food, unreasonably long waits, terrible service, and unhelpful management make this place a waste of time and money.

   Long wait to be seated even with reservations- but we did enjoy our food and drinks

   This place never honors your reservation, you will still have to wait 30+ minutes after your reservation time. This has happened multiple times already at this location ive had to leave because i wouldnt get any update. Dont see the point of them being on this app if cant honor your time!

   Even though we made a reservation we still had to wait 45 minutes before we were seated then another 30 mins before they started cooking. It was crazy. The hostess in the front needs management with her on days like this, she could not handle all the angry people. Very bad experience. And then the service and food wasn’t good. There was one bus boy that was helpful and got us boxes and found our waitress because we wouldn’t see her for a long time.

   Reservation made for 8 PM. Arrived ten minutes early. Our party wasn’t seated until 40 minutes after our reservation time. Never given an expected wait time by the hostess. Once seated, it took 25 minutes to receive our drinks. Food was great, but the wait time for our reservation and just to get our drinks was horrible. We’ve been to several other Benihana restaurants and never had to wait as long for service as we did at this location. Clearly they either overbooked reservations or they were accepting walk-ins with a full schedule. Regardless, we won’t be going back to this location again.

   We have been going to this Benihana for at least 20 years never had a problem until Christmas Day. Although it was extremely packed I would think they would’ve had enough staff to handle the load but NOPE! Total Chaos! Whole thing took 3 hours and hour just to get drinks and 2 to get our food cooked it was horrible. Christmas Ruined 😡

   Wanted an alternate to a traditional Christmas dinner, Benihana's delivered. My youngest son, 12 years old enjoyed watching the Chef and the food was simply delicious! I was seated right away at our table and service was prompt. Restrooms were clean and had the essentials. We will return👍💯

   does not accommodate handicapped! Would not give us any additional space for our friend with no leg! ADA!

    It's always a treat to take the family out for the holidays. It saves anyone from cooking and allows us to engage comfortably. Benihana never disappoints. Deontae our chef did an excellent job of making our meal a fun adventure. He was engaging, got all of our orders perfect and put on quite a show. We are thankful and grateful for another outstanding experience at Benihana.
