   It was an impressive experience. My parents loved spending their anniversary there and we met another family who loved the experience.

   Server was accommodating guy could be seen as pushy and I need to upsell everything was very noticeable. The prices have changed and are now a lot more expensive for standard hibachi style dinner. The server kept asking if we wanted vegetable fried rice which I’m thinking isn’t that standard? No it wasn’t every meal was $6 added to our entrees. Got food 1 by 1 which if you wait your food is cold by the end and if not then your full or not able to pair your food to your liking. For $300 for dinnner on a Tuesday I much rather have not.

   Horrible we waited at the table for 2 hours before they even asked if we wanted soup or salad they mixed our drinks and appetizers up with strangers then was asking oh you didn’t touch that right and swapping it out it was my boyfriends birthday they did nothing I asked them to do when I made the reservation only good thing was the chef he wasn’t funny but he tried he made it better the server was a mess and the chef knew because he tried to make up for her mistake with out saying it at the end she got the checks mixed up and tried to ask for a tip a tip for what I arrived at my reservation time 7:15 and did not get outta there until 10:00 I will never go here again I’m so disappointed and it was my first time I was so happy to go and literally never again NEVER

    It has been years since we have been to this kind of place. We wanted to do something new to celebrate a big birthday (80!) and this turned out better than expected. The manager (I think his name is Robert), really pulled out all the stops. From checking us in to making sure we got exactly what we ordered and constantly making sure we were taken care of, he was really great at his job. Chef MD was so much fun and prepared our food perfectly. The female server was cheerful and was careful to follow up and take care of us through to the end. (Sorry, did not catch her name.) You can tell that everyone there is working very hard so we appreciated that they still had a pleasant attitude despite a the next group of waiting diners at 8 p.m.! The guest of honor was happy and we are grateful to the staff at this Benihana. Thank you!
