   It was an easy process to reserve a table through OpenTable except I’m not sure they really see what I requested. I requested the bar/lounge seating and we were sat at a hibachi station. OpenTable also asks if we were celebrating anything special. Yes, a wedding Anniversary and it was acknowledged because they asked. I don’t believe it is known through OpenTable.

   Good quality food. Service was good, they were just slammed with St Patty’s day. The dinner reservation was for 7 but the Chef didn’t start cooking until 8:15. Otherwise the experience was great.

   We go twice a year. Always enjoy the food and the show. The service was much better this time than last time. The only issue is the noise level. It makes it a little difficult to talk to one amother.

   Super disappointed in our night out. We booked a reservation through Open Table and arrived at our scheduled time. We then waited 30 minutes before we were seated. I understand it was busy and how things work there but that seemed like a long wait. Once seated, with another family of four, we were all excited for a fun evening of great food and entertainment. Although a lot of servers were around us, no one made eye contact or came over to our table until we were waiting for another 20 minutes. We had a nice young waiter who indicated it was his fourth day on the job. Because we had waited so long, we asked to order drinks and food at the same time to hopefully speed things along. Drinks were taking a while to get back and we were getting frustrated and honestly, THIRSTY! We didn't even get water. My husband talked to who we thought was a manager. He checked on our drink order, came over to the table and said, "The drinks are coming. What do you want?" I asked for waters for the table and got a rather snarky response. When our waiter came with drinks, he only had half of them and some waters. We all decided, if this was the start to our night, it was not going to get any better. To top it off, the table next to us was not even fully seated and they had a waiter already trying to get in drink orders. Having come to Benihana and this location specifically many times, and knowing it would be about a $250+ meal for the four of us, we decided we were done. I'm highly disappointed in our experience here and can honestly say I won't be back. It's really too bad because I know the level of service they generally provide and the experience in the past was always a fun one. I'm not sure what happened on this night but all around it was a major fail.

   We had a 5:30 reservation but did not get seated until 45 minutes later. Then it was another 45 minutes before we were served our drinks. The server we had was apologetic but obviously the restaurant was very understaffed. Our hibachi chef Derrick was great and lightened the mood of everyone at the table. Will not be going to Benihana again.

   After our reservation and we were actually there early to get seated. It seems that this is becoming a bigger problem every time we book a family event at Benihana and discourage us from wanting to come back regularly

   We showed up at 6:05 and our reservation was 6:15. were not sat until 6:30 after we reminded them we were there as they tried to sit us at a dirty table first. The drinks were not made right. Twice they brought a drink with whiskey when we asked for rum. They over cooked the steak, wagu steak and tuna steak. Also burnt the scallops and had to remake. We were there for almost 3 hours. It was our friends 50th birthday and it really spoiled the evening. Will not be back.
