   The service is absolutely terrible at this restaurant. The waitress came to our table with menus, announced they were short staffed on chefs, so we had to order as fast as possible to avoid a long wait. After she handed the last person at our table the menu, she came back to the first person to receive a menu and asked for their order. When everyone agreed 60s was not enough time for all of us to be ready, she again ( even less nice than before ) that the establishment was short staffed for chefs and we needed to order now or wait a long time for dinner. All 7 people at our table took about 5 minutes to order, it then took a chef over an hour to arrive at our table. Dinner took close to 3 hours. The manager never came to our table to apologize or explain the long wait time. Just an hour wait in silence from the stafff. I will never return to this establishment again.

   The food is good at Benihana and my kids enjoy the show but the service and wait time is atrocious. Made a reservation and waited almost an hour to be seated and then another hour for our chef to start cooking. This is unreasonable and ruins the experience.

   Only thing I regret is that I didn’t know the menu prices had increased items my children usually order was removed from menu . The children menu for kids chicken tenders was $28 iwhich I didn’t order it was my daughters 3rd birthday and she had to share with me also the $45 added in service charge also new great service but next year will be going to Chuck E. Cheese

   Made a reservation but had to wait for 20 minutes after arriving because table wasn't ready. Service was extremely slow, drinks took a very long time to arrive and we had to wait for a chef, so we didn't eat until 1.5 hours after reservation. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and were out of paper towels and toilet paper. Extremely disappointed in this experience and won't be returning anytime soon.

    Food was good, wish there was a better explanation of what is included with our meals. Our server may have explained that to our table but due to the noise level, we could not hear her. Our reservation was at 6:45pm during the height of the dinner rush, it did take awhile for drinks & soup/salad to arrive. If we go again, I would select an earlier time slot.
