Food and service was incredible. However the ambiance and the noise level was very loud. However it is to be expected during a holiday weekend. All in all would always return for the amazing burgers and service. Well worth the noise tolerance.

My experience with the management staff person, Jennifer, was over and above!! We had a reservation for 7 in the dining area, but when we arrived, we were escorted to a high-top table in the bar area. Jennifer got involved and was able to secure a wonderful table in the dining room within a few minutes. My grandchildren, daughter, friend and I all had a delicious lunch. All the restaurant personnel provided excellent customer service and are to be complimented.

Make Reservations. Located right off of 5th Ave in Rockefeller Center it was extremely crowded. However we walked in. Checked in and were seated in 3-5mins. Once seated our food came out almost instantly. Arrived 1:45 and were wrapping up 2:35/2:40. We will be back!!

Once we got seated the experience was fine but trying to get seated even with a reservation was difficult. We arrived for our reservation a bit early, gave the name and number, and were told to come back in 15 minutes. We did that but was told at 1:00 that we had to go stand in a very long line where people were giving names in order to get a table and who did not have reservations. I made it clear that I was not going to the back of the line when I already checked in. She told me I had to go stand by a sign until i received a text, which happened on my way over to the sign. Walked back to the host who then said only I could go to the table and the others in my party could be seated after I sat down because it was crowded.This whole experience was crazy and very unnecessary. Your establishment was recommended by a New York resident and she was very embarrassed that I had to experience this kind of service. Your food was very good and once seated the staff was very attentive and polite.

Food was great. I made a 4 pm reservation and we sat right away. Food came out promptly. Everything was very good from the food to the drinks.
