    Our experience at Billl’s bar and burgers was extremely poor. Our waiter never came around and spoke extremely quiet. Many of the servers seemed out of it and servers were dropping food on the floor. For a place that is made for burgers, they were a let down, it was useless to pay 18 dollars for a burger that was extremely small, messy, dry and had a burned bun. We will be sure not to come back.

    We may have gotten lucky because we went to Rock Center and had a reservation New Years Day. But our party of 6 was sat immediately upon checking in even though restaurant was busy. Good menu choices. Waiter attentive enough. Gave water right away but took awhile to come back to take order. Food came prompt, portions were good size and mostly delicious. Drink special was delightful and nice size. Def enjoyed our time there!

    Food was decent. Soda was $5 and flat. Asked for new and she said she couldn’t change it. Brought something else at the end of the meal as we were leaving. Still charged for it. Charged for salad dressing with a salad. Never had heard of that. Waitress was rude. Was hoping for a better experience.

    Great food and lovely staff but they struggled with the volume of diners at times which meant waiting around for them to come. Also queue for the restrooms was insane!

    Good bar-type food. I had a cheeseburger, and it was good. Their milkshakes are a nice treat. We chose this restaurant because it was close to Radio City Music Hall - we needed a place to eat after seeing the Rockettes. We had 8 people and it was New Year's Eve day. We wanted a casual place that we could make a reservation at.

    Umfortunately it was so busy, the food was sub par and it was so loud it was hard to enjoy. Everyone is packed in like sardines.

    Cockroaches climbing on the wall where we were sitting food was terrible would never go back and line for restrooms were down the length of the room
