Named after William Jennings Bryan, the elegant "Noble-Dawes House" located near the Nebraska State Capital was built in 1887. The Chautauqua Bar and the dining rooms named for William Jennings Bryan, Charles Dawes, and George W. Norris give a fascinating glimpse into a grand era in U. S. History.

Since 1986 it has been the home of Billy's Restaurant. Chef Nader finds the finest ingredients for our diverse menu selections. Our entree specialties include steak, lamb, duck, veal, seafood, and delicious vegetarian dishes. Amazing place and service! The staff was so kind and attentive and Chef came out twice to chat. The portions are HUGE! Everything was absolutely delicious--from the drinks, to the appetizers, to the meal! No room for dessert, but it looked amazing too.

There is a reason Billy’s has been open for almost 40 years. Absolutely delicious! And the service is phenomenal. Chef Nader came and checked on us twice and our server was extremely attentive.

Billy’s is closed on Sundays and Mondays. I made a reservation through OpenTable, which was by all indications excepted. When we arrived with our guest, we learned the restaurant is closed on Monday. For this, I blame OpenTable.

First time at Billy’s and we will certainly be visiting again. The food was incredible. The service was amazing. The ambiance was calm and relaxing which made conversation enjoyable.

Billy's is my favorite place in Lincoln to celebrate any occasion. The food is always excellent and Chef Nader frequently comes out of the kitchen to talk with guests. The "like-family" atmosphere is picked up by the other diners, who often chat with strangers as if they are friends.
