A small, intimate restaurant perfectly situated on the oldest lane in Norwich, Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar is everything you would expect from a fine dining restaurant and more. Our welcoming, relaxed atmosphere will ensure you and your guests have an experience to treasure. Our food is locally sourced, wherever possible, to give you a taste of the real Norfolk. Our Chefs passionately prepare each of our dishes to really make Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar a unique restaurant, any special requests are happily accommodated. Enticing, seasonal menus will ensure all of our guests leave us wanting more. Originally from Lake Como, Italy, Alex Tranquillo is looking forward to personally welcoming you and your guests to Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar. His love for catering will ensure you are looked after from the moment you walk in, until the minute you leave.

Wonderful, intimate restaurant which delivered great food. Warmly welcomed and invited to have a drink at the bar before ordering our meals. Food was great, service impecable. Staff answered all our questions about the food and also about the city. Just wish I lived closer. Thanks for a fab evening

Visited for a birthday lunch and all 4 of us could not of been happier with the quality of the food and the service. This is an exceptionally good restaurant and the three course set lunch represents wonderful value for money when considering the quality of the food.
