   We were there for a birthday celebration and told the restaurant of this when we arrived. The lamb chops had little flavor. The filet was tender, but once again, it left something to be desired. The noise level made it almost impossible to have a conversation. While acknowledging the occasion at the reception desk, they never came to our table to celebrate the occasion. By comparison with Ruth's Chris, it was not a pleasant evening. We are local and won't be returning.

   Another great meal at BLT - we had the salmon and the branzino and both were excellent. Service was very attentive and friendly. We didn’t get to sit outside this time because we came later around 7pm so good idea to reserve an earlier spot if this is your preference.

   We ordered a bottle of wine. Nats attacked our wine and we had hundreds in our full wine glass. A restaurant of this caliber should have replaced our wine. We told them and they did nothing but brought new empty glasses. Salmon was outstanding but Dover sole for $72 and no sides was ridiculous . Service was fine but not great. Better places to spend your money in Aruba.

   This was our first time at BLT and it was amazing from the minute we arrived. Our servers were fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Cannot wait to return!

   Always a great experience and Eddy our server and his team were OUTSTANDING!!! I strongly recommend visiting it!!! Hands down the best steakhouse on the island!!!

   My husband and I have been dining at BLT Steak Aruba for years, but our Valentine’s Day experience this year was truly exceptional, thanks to our server, Dennis. From the moment we sat down, Dennis made the evening feel effortless and special. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease, and his attentiveness struck the perfect balance—always there when we needed him but never intrusive. Dennis’s knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience even further. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making the entire evening feel seamless and enjoyable. His professionalism, charm, and genuine hospitality elevated our night, turning a great meal into an unforgettable experience. BLT Steak Aruba has always been a favorite of ours, but Dennis’s outstanding service has made it even more special. We will absolutely be requesting him for our future visits and highly recommend anyone dining here to do the same. Thank you, Dennis, for making our Valentine’s celebration so memorable!

   We have been many times and were excited to return! The popovers are still delicious! The sides we had (corn, mashed potatoes and green beans) were fine. Beans the best. The porterhouse was very pricey yet prepared rare when ordered medium. The Branzino was good, nothing special. Overall good food and great ambience outside with fantastic service yet food was disappointing for the price.
