   Dinner was fantastic! We ordered the filet mignon and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly! The crab cakes were delicious, the service was very good and the ambiance was nice too. We'll be back for brunch and date night!

   The food was amazing but unfortunately our service just fell short. We ordered an appetizer that never came. When we reminded our waiter he seemed annoyed and told us he’d take it off our bill. We assumed this meant that it would still be coming out but it never did. We were also brought a completely different entree and again our waiter seemed upset when we pointed out that it wasn’t the correct meal and that it was a way more expensive order. It was not until the manager came to our table that we told her and were able to get our appetizer and our entree corrected. It was just an extremely unfortunate and unpleasant experience especially since it was valentine’s day as well as my birthday. I think this could be a great restaurant but our waiter just completely ruined our experience (I believe his name was Sean). He even came back to our table after we spoke to the manager and said “i guess you talked to my manager” sounding extremely annoyed. Definitely the worst service i’ve ever received.

   First time going to this place. The food was ok. The portions are smaller than I expected. Friday nights are karaoke nights and Valentine’s Day fell on a Fridays the singing was terrible and the place was rather loud. I wouldn’t recommend for a nice date night. It was more of a bar than a restaurant. No coffee but they do have tea packs.

   The Black Bass was delicious and the side was just as good. Service was good and we were late but still was able to eat.

   We had a9:30 reservation, however they closed at 10pm. We were rushed to order but the food was great. We called ahead to ensure everything was ok. The server gave the cook a heads up that we were the last table and was almost at the restaurant. When we arrive she greeted us with a smile escorted us to our seat and we began to order. Food was great

   I didn’t know about or care to experience karaoke night but was sat next to the bar. It seems the waitress should’ve confirm my preference for our reservation.

   My overall experience here was good. The occasion was a first date. Our waitress was friendly and brought the food & drinks out quickly. I ordered the sea bass with fried rice & collards. Food could have been seasoned more- it was pretty bland. Collards were overcooked (mushy). And the piece of sea bass was very thin, not much "meat".

   Our waitress mentioned it was her first night. First, I asked what the soup of the day was and she couldn’t remember so she went to ask but unfortunately it was already sold out (at 7:15 PM). Second, she brought our drinks and they were made as ordered. Next, we received the appetizer we had ordered and it was also as ordered. We wanted to request bread but she didn’t give us the chance so we ended up getting another waitress’s attention to request bread. Then, I received my large house salad (my dinner selection) but it did not include the grilled chicken I had ordered. She went to check on the grilled chicken and I finally received it about 10 minutes later when my husband received his shrimp and grits (dinner selection). The restaurant was very noisy with children screaming (and running) and even adults speaking very loudly in the booths and tables and bar area around us. We have dined here many times but this particular dining experience was disappointing. We understand it was the waitress’s first night and we are very understanding of that but overall we were disappointed.

    One of the best brunches in Columbia area - we eat here a few Sundays each month. Food and service is always excellent!
