   The server was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations and was on top of everything. The appetizers were fantastic and 3 out of the 4 dinners came out perfect. The birthday desserts that they gave us were delicious. Unfortunately it was the birthday girls dinner that came out over cooked. Her filet was supposed to be med rare and came out medium plus-closer to the med well side. The manager offered to have it fixed but the birthday girl declined. They ended up taking it off of the bill, which was very nice of them and definitely not expected at all. I had the filet and lobster tail and substituted the sides for the crab mac & cheese and brussels sprouts. My dinner was absolutely amazing and I only ended up eating half because I was so full. So when the server came over and offered to take the plates out of the way, I assumed he was taking them to box up. since I still had half of both side dishes, and half of my filet. When he came back and started grabbing the other dishes from the table, I asked if he was boxing mine up or if he had thrown it away. He in fact had thrown it away. I suppose that was my fault for not initially telling him I wanted a box but also with half of my food sitting in front of me I was under the impression that he just would.

   Scallops and Chilean Sea Bass were poor. Taste was terrible and the food was served cold. We received our food within minutes of placing the order.

   A fantastic experience for my Mom and I on our annual holiday dinner night. The atmosphere at this restaurant is unmatched. Not over the top, and very well designed. Food was very good. Couldn’t really taste the lobster in the potatoes due to the addition of other ingredients but the grouper was excellent. My mom’s lobster polenta on the other hand was perfect. Cocktails were very good and creative. We hope to come back again soon.

   This is the model for a great seafood restaurant… came here serendipitously two years ago not expecting anything.. was shocked a restaurant this good could be so far from an ocean. Returned today… hoping it was still great. It is. The staff greeted us warmly as if we were well-liked regulars. The atmosphere softly lit, with every table full, yet without feeling over-crowded. The menu just right… all the favorites.. with nice touches and specials… all fresh. Dessert offerings were solid… and maybe that best describes this restaurant… a solid 9 out of 10. It would hold its own in Manhattan, Miami Beach , Boston or LA.

   My husband and I found Blue Point Grille through reviews online, and we are thrilled we did. We both are still raving about our meal the next day. I had the grouper and he had the blue heaven seafood meal. We started with oysters and a bottle of Sancerre, ending on a high note with crème brûlée and cheesecake. It was an expensive experience, but it was worth it for the delicious food and helpful staff. They spaced out the courses very nicely, and while it was decadent, it wasn’t overly rich. We will be back next time we are in Cleveland. 10/10

   Our experience was outstanding from the hosts to the waiters and waitresses.The food was amazing and our waitress was very helpful helping us on wine selection and with the dessert.I highly recommend this to anyone.It was our first time visit will definitely be back

    For the price of the food I expected better. The food came out room temperature. My sons filet was over cooked along with the asparagus. The roasted potatoes tasted like they were re-heated fried potatoes and had no seasoning. It was fine but for what you pay, I expected to be blown away. The lobster and calamari were good.
