Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    Ryan (I hope that's his name) and his crew were utterly fantastic for my son's 13th birthday. We have never been before and they made it a quick and easy experience with tons of laughs.

    This is my favourite restaurant - the service is always SO amazing from the moment we was in to the moment we leave, the food is always AMAZING!!!! If you haven't tried this place you're truly missing out!

    We added a person to our reservation last minute and even though they were very busy the staff went above and beyond to find us space when they didn’t have to. The staff were all really friendly and responsive, and we had a wonderful time. All the food was delicious. Such a treat! We have always had an amazing time at Bolero and will definitely come back!

    Brought the staff from my business to celebrate. The service was phenomenal. The food was amazing. All in all a wonderful experience. This was our second year in a row and we will be back for a third.

    Always a great time at Boleros. The service and quality of food is always consistent and soooo good. We brought our extended family here on this visit and they had great feedback! We will definitely be back.

    Service and food were great! We were never waiting for the meat to come around and made sure we got to try everything! Don't leave without having the pineapple it is amazing

    The food was five star with the people walking around with the different meats absolutely top class. The only thing that I would mention is the food in salad bar was the food was not necessarily hot. The food still tasted really good, but it was more on the lukewarm side rather than hot  and that is where I would put the four star From.
