   Friendly fast service. Good margaritas. Food was better than okay but not amazing. Next time we will try the seafood stew that the table next to us ordered. Looked amazing and they said it was very good.

   We had been to this same restaurant a few years ago (post covid) and my husband even hosted a work event post conference there. We were excited to go back during this visit to town but found the restaurant needing a refresh (looking dated) and the food bland and corn tortillas a bit pasty in flavor. Even the drink we had wasn’t particularly good it was just fair. It will not be a do again for us

   Great, creative dishes and very good service. Price-point is good, considering prices at other high-quality restaurants in Las Vegas hotels. Ambience leaves something to be desired, along with noise level, as a lot of tables are stuffed in a small space with little decoration and poor noise absorption.

   Waitstaff was excellent. This time I was disappointed with my Yucatan Pork because a fist sized portion that I received was not meat at all, just a big lump of inedible fat. There were no tomatoes in my guacamole. The quality and quantity of the food has gone down slightly from my previous visit in October 2024 while prices have risen.

   This was my second time ordering the brunch menu at this restaurant, and I must say that I am doing a complete 180 review for this most recent visit. The first time I've dined at this restaurant, service was pretty slow for the brunch menu. Additionally, my waiter during this visit told me that I can only order 3 plates at a time. Now if you are not familiar with the Border Grill brunch buffet, each plate is tapas style so they are pretty small bites. Maybe 2 bites per plate. So only being able to order 3 plates maximum per order, and the next order will take 15 minutes to arrive, eating 6 bites of food over 15 minutes was very disappointing. Fast forward to this most recent visit, I decided to give it another try despite of my disappointing first visit. I read all the reviews which were mostly positive, so I kept my fingers crossed that it will be better. And this time around, it sure was! My server was incredibly friendly and very attentive. She told me that I can order as many plates as I wanted, but cautioned me that ordering too much the food on the last plates may get cold. She was right so I compromised on four plates per order. By the time I was wrapping up plate #3 and about to start plate #4, she was back at my table asking if I was ready to order my next round. Talk about excellent service! And what made things even much better is that my second order arrived to my table well under 5 minutes. In addition to the excellent service (btw, I never saw the bottom of my water or coffee cup either...always refreshed), the food here is delicious and options on the brunch menu creative. All that said, I wrapped up my brunch in about 40 minutes (the first time around I was there for 1.5 hours), very satisfied, and tipped my waitress over 20% for her awesome service. Now, I've had one really poor experience and one outstanding experience at this brunch buffet. I really hope that the second visit is the norm and not the first.

   Ernesto the sever was great. He was very attentive and he was able to answer all questions regarding food the menu and made excellent recommendations. It was first time dining at the restaurant and we were not disappointed.

    To start we shared the Argentinian empanadas. They were truly amazing. We did not notice that they were vegetarian when we ordered and when we tasted them you would swear they were filled with beef. Next we shared a plate of enchiladas. They come three to a plate so we chose he short rib, seafood and the Poblano chicken (which are a must if you dine here). All were excellent but the Poblano chicken steal the show. We also had the aguachile ceviche. This was outstanding but the heat level was a bit high for my wife’s tastes. The craft cocktails are unique and. expertly done. The service was quick, attentive and friendly.
