   I ordered the sword fish - not impressed nor did I think the price reflected the product. My wife had ordered a salad with grilled chicken - the chicken was dried out. The shrimp cocktail was good. Based upon the total cost verses value - I do not recommend this restaurant.

   Great shrimp gumbo, steak and lobster entree. Server Kate was awesome. Other couples enjoyed salmon and crab cakes.

   Our experience was disappointing. We went for New Year's Eve in 2023 and enjoyed it so much that we decided to eat there for New Year's Eve of 2024, but not the same. Our food was not as good as the previous year. It arrived to our table cold. The prime rib was definitly undercooked and even the starter soup and dessert were not reminiscent of our meal from the previous year. Definitely not worth the price!

   We arrived at Bristol's at 4:15 pm and was seated promptly for our 4:30 New Year's Eve reservation. We were greated with fresh, warm biscuits and our drinks followed very quickly. Our waitress was very polite, professional and attentive all evening. Our order was taken at our pace and the meal arrived in a reasonable timeframe. We were very pleased with our soup, salad and entree selections. We would definitely recommend Bristol Seafood Grill in Creve Coeur.

   The food was very good, and our server Amanda, was very friendly and attentive. We were seated in a booth that needed additional cleaning (lots of crumbs in the seat) but otherwise a nice experience

    Our first time at Bristol Grill and definitely not a ‘fine dining’ experience. I’ve never written a poor review for anyone but this is that review. The restaurant seemed very understaffed. We were seated at a very very small two seat booth right next to the bus station, yet received no drink refills nor had plates removed from our table after courses were finished. The restaurant was literally freezing. Not just a tad chilly but my husband said his back hurt from shivering. We ordered well over $230 in food, much of it raw, including oysters and caviar and had to stare at our food for over ten minutes and ask for crackers TWICE in order to enjoy the food. It really was a train wreck. We are pretty tall people and I would say that the extremely small booth, (especially when there were many other open tables) coupled with the very cold temperature set the stage for a marginal experience. Add to that the very slow and inattentive service and the quality of the food almost didn’t matter. And that was just above middling. Don’t think we will be going back to drop a quarter of a thousand dollars any time soon.
