Brüdigams has existed in the heart of Eimsbüttel since 2011 and has been run by chef Marco Krüger and co-owner Laura Gsellmann since September 2020. Here, upscale bistro cuisine meets a cozy, personal ambience. As far as possible, regional, seasonal products are served without frills, but with a sophisticated kitchen standard. We like it extraordinary and down-to-earth at the same time. The heart of every restaurant is the kitchen, they say ... However, for us a good meal also includes familiar, uncomplicated and professional service, which makes the evening an all-round successful experience.

    Sehr angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Exzellentes Essen. Durch die Reduktion auf wenige Gerichte gibt es frisch zubereitete Speisen nach einer relativ kurzen Wartezeit. Nicht gerade günstig, aber aus meiner Sicht auf jeden Fall preiswert. Abgesehen davon ist die Musik, die in dem Restaurant gespielt wird exzellent und von der Lautstärke her genau richtig, so dass man sie genießen kann und sie trotzdem nicht beim Unterhalten stört. Ich hoffe, dass ich aufgrund meiner Rezension nicht zu viele andere Gäste heranlocke, damit wir auch weiterhin einen Tisch bekommen ;)

    Tolles, interessantes Ambiente, wie immer sehr aufmerksamer, professioneller und freundlicher Service. Wir hatten das Weihnachtsmenü mit drei Gängen, die allesamt gut waren. Alles auf den Punkt, sattmachende Portionen und gut angerichtet. Danke & gerne wieder!

    Wir wurden außerordentlich zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, sodass man sich gut unterhalten kann. Das Essen ist geschmackvoll zubereitet und die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität. Wir haben den Abend im Restaurant sehr genossen.
