Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     When the main courses were finally served our plates were hot but the food was barely room temperature. In general the service was very slow this particular evening.

    We unexpectedly walked in during restaurant week, but we had a reservation. They seated us in, I would say the best booth in the house, we could see all the hustle and bustle going on. Our waiter, Barry, was excellent, great wine recommendations, no pressure to not order the restaurant week menu. He was very knowledgeable and not intrusive. The waitress that always made sure our water was full was very pleasant as well. What a deal the food was for the restaurant week prices. But the quality is what sold us. Impeccable service, presentation and ambiance. We will be back.
