It was a delightful experience to eat here. The fried calamari are the best calamari I have tried. The Caesar Salad is delicious and I have tried the original at Tj México. We enjoyed the pasta in its huge serving options. We will come back again every time we can.

My girlfriend got spit on by a child from that seated over us so the manager changed us only half the bill but maybe you need to put glass over the side so something like that doesn’t happen again! I know it’s not your fault but that was discussing and we had to go back to the hotel so she could take a shower! The best part the manager went up there and said something and the child parents thought it was funny! So not the best experience but food was good service was good!

Food, Service and ambiance are excellent. We had a large party, but that did not take away from the experience on bit. The waitstaff and their runners & busters are outstanding. The food is incredible, everything we ordered was delicious and the drinks were never empty. Could not recommend Carmines more for dinner in Las Vegas! You wont regret it!
