The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Reservations are strongly recommended. Check PaperMill.org for scheduling and ticket availability. Sample Menus are linked on PaperMill.org/Restaurant.

An eclectic a la carte menu and desserts is available only in the Bar and Loft area; walk up service recommended for our bar areas, reservations available. Our full bar offers premium spirits, fresh fruit sangria, and a stunning selection of interesting wines by the glass or bottle.

    We had a delicious luncheon today at the Carriage House. I had the Black Bean soup and Chicken Breast. Both were delicious. My friend had Shrimp Cocktail (the shrimp were huge) and the Flat Steak with eggs. She said the steak was fabulous.

    We have been going to the Carriage House this season for all our shows at Papermill. It is most convenient, they never rush you. The food was truly outstanding. Great selection, perfectly cooked. Would highly recommend.

    The Carriage House is a warm inviting restaurant. The fireplace provides a toasty welcome on the cold days. The menu selection has a variety of foods and the cocktail choices are unique to the play being presented at Papermill. Brandon, our server, was helpful with our questions on the selections and was very pleasant. I recommend the Carriage House for the convenience to the theater and for the food and ambiance! Cheers!

    Love that we can get a good parking space and just relax throughout dinner as we are on site and don't have to think about getting to the theatre!

    Food never disappoints but variety of choices doesn’t change much from each performance. Wait staff is untrained. Waiters taking orders do not have a system and food runners never know which dish each diner ordered. Dining room could use a facelift and bathrooms need a more thorough cleaning throughout the evening. A bit on the pricey side, but very convenient when seeing a show. Reservations are spread out so as not to rush diners.
