   We went for Christmas dinner. I had several options for dinner but wanted to check out all of the menus. Castello's did not post a menu on their website or FB page so I called. The person who answered the phone said there was no special menu for Christmas. I said but you had one for Thanksgiving. She said no, just order from the menu. After reviewing the menu we decided we would go there. Well, they had a set menu. I ended up with chicken parmesan for Christmas. Definitely not my choice for a Holiday dinner. But they offered 3 fish dishes, they were out of the steak and offered veal, no thank you. Chicken parmesan, lobster ravioli, or Pene ala vodka. Boy was I bummed. I was planning on some Fried Calamari and maybe chicken francese off the regular menu as I was told we could order from that menu. The chicken dish was ok, a typical chicken parmesan, but nothing spectacular. Had we seen the menu in advance we would have choose a different restaurant. The Arch Restaurant had a better menu and the prices were comparable. I just wish the staff knew what was going on for the holiday so I would have gotten the correct information,

   Very disappointing meal. Food was very mediocre and meh. Lobster ravioli tasted like something store bought and pasta too al dente. Chicken parm very mediocre. Everything was way overpriced—more than a restaurant in NYC and not even close to the same quality. Also the larger table next to mine who was ordering wine seemed to take priority to mine. Will not be returning.

   This was my 1st time dining at Costello's. Good food we were not rushed even though it was Christmas day. Service was very good. I will go back.

   Great food and service. Love the table side dishes such as cacio e pepe. Caesar Salad and desserts. Dietary accommodations easily made. Food is very authentic

   My husband and I had a really nice date night at Castello. We sat in the wine room which was quiet with a very nice ambiance. The service , food and drinks were all excellent and made for a wonderful and relaxing dinner experience. We will definitely be back!

   The food was exceptional, and the wait staff was abundant, outrageously attentive, and met our every need. We were there for Thanksgiving with a pre-fix menu, and the chef was still happy to accommodate our special requests. The atmosphere has a small restaurant feel with a lovely open bar area and the TV volume off. 5-star experience inside Costello's. There was one significant problem. If you do not make it into one of the 7 or 8 parking spots in the garage or need handicapped access, the parking is horrendous, absolutely awful. Truly, you must back down a very steep incline with cars closely parked on either side with a telephone pole and sign at the bottom of the hill - I am serious! To avoid both of those, which, in the rain and darkness, I did not, you must back onto the sidewalk, then drive forward on the sidewalk and over the curb to merge with traffic. Because of the dangerous parking, I will sadly never return to enjoy this awesome food.

   Castillo provided delicious meals; attentive and friendly service, and a lovely room. Other patrons were a bit noisy, but all good natured.

    Everything was amazing from every course of dinner to the service! The tableside Caesar salad is a must!
