Located inside The Hotel Zamora, Castile Restaurant incorporates local Florida ingredients with Mediterranean inspired cooking methods. Offering indoor & outdoor seating on our expansive terrace with views of the Intra coastal waterway, our culinary team serves American Cuisine showcasing seasonal local ingredients. Serving Breakfast 8am-11am, Lunch 11am-3pm, Dinner 5-10pm. Sunday Brunch 11:30-2:30 pm. Castile Lounge 11am-11pm. Daily. Also located in The Hotel Zamora, the 360 Rooftop Bar offers drinks & lounge seating. We are a 1st come, 1st serve venue that does not take reservations. Located on the 5th floor, this location features Gulfside & Bayside views of golden sunsets on the Gulf & the Intracoastal cityscape on the Bay. The 360 Rooftop is weather/event permitting. Open Daily @ 4p.m.

Everything was very nice and our server, Tammy, was excellent every time she served us. The hotel seemed understaffed but maybe it’s tied to post-hurricane issues. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

The ambience was beautiful, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Our server was fun and knowledgeable. We had family in from out of town and everyone had a wonderful time. It was nice to bring people from out of town to such a beautiful place. Castille is a classy addition to St. Pete’s Beach.

The bill came and the charges were different from the menu. Example the airline chicken was on the menu at $29 but the bill was $5.00 higher at $34. They should either change the menus or advise the patron at time of ordering.

We had an incredible night celebrating my daughter‘s 25th Birthday. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend it!

My wife and I went out for a date night at this restaurant and we really enjoyed eating here. The waiter was amazing and the cuisine was very good except for one small miss by the chef. The appetizers, tuna tartar and grouper bites were perfect. The entrees: scallops and sea bass were deliciously prepared except for the risotto as it missed the mark. My wife didn’t eat hers. I managed to use the gravy from the sea bass to make it more palatable and didn’t leave any. Risottos are not easy to make and the risotto for both dishes need to be improved to get to an honest 5 star. We also loved the limoncello cake very much. I was tempted to rate the cuisine 4 star, but because everything else was wonderful, I am giving a 5 star. My hope is the chef uses this comment to do a better risotto in the future.

Unbelievable food, service was great as well. Enjoyed tuna tartar, ribeye, lobster Mac, Waygu rigatoni.

we seldom eat at hotel restaurants but gave this one a try as their menu looked good and they take reservations ( unlike many restaurants in the area), and we weren’t disappointed . Lobster bisque was very tasty with actual lobster pieces on top. Husband’s Appetizer grouper bites were an unusual yet tasty dish. My chilean sea bass was perfectly cooked and well presented . My husband’s salmon was also very well seasoned and presented. Our server was attentive and the ambience was nice with water views. Highly recommend.
