    Came here for the Thanksgiving dinner buffet. The selection of food was good, but the service was just average. Had to flag down different servers just to get service such as napkins or water. We didn’t know who our server was. But we saw the other tables ordering wines or cocktails, the service was much better. If you just order water, the server won’t pay attention to you. We even have to ask several different servers for our check. Very frustrating!

    Unfortunately I heard the food here was not great and we confirmed it. The chicken breast risotto was disappointing; the meat was dry and over cooked. The poor filet mignon suffered, I had anticipated this my ordering it medium rare- but it was closer to medium well. The salads were decent. Cantina kitchen is not consistent with what you’d expect at a 5 star resort.

    Part of the Terrenea resort - serving staff is excellent. Food was good…just know that you are paying hotel prices for everything.

    Terrenea Resort is the jewel of the South Bay in Los Angeles. Catalina Kitchen, one of its several restaurants, offers a seafood buffet, on Friday evenings, that is one of the best, if you like seafood, you need to put this venue on your must list.

    The resort is absolutely beautiful, but the food was horrible. The quality is not equivalent to any five star hotel whatsoever. I understand prices are higher when you’re visiting a resort, but the quality was so poor very embarrassing. When you bring guests you need to have the food equivalent to the resort five star resort needs five star food. I don’t mind paying a high price if I’m getting quality definitely not quality.

    I've been twice for brunch but my first time at the seafood buffet and the food was very fresh and delish. It was also super special because we were celebrating my friend's 50th birthday and she is a lover of crab legs and was not shy when it came to eating to her heart's content. Can't go wrong with a Terranea experience, always a first class ride !!!! Also, Jennifer was our server, she was very professional and super nice.

    Wonderful wait staff. Food was ok, not much variety. Quality of seafood was just ok, expected a bit better for the price. Can’t beat the views. One thing that did disturb me was how the valet supervisor treats his staff. Was so rude to trainee who was trying his best. Even though ok to us, very off putting to see how he treats his staff.

    Our roasted cauliflower soup was hot and delicious as was our baked Brie. My Prosecco was a perfect pour. Our server, Rui, was energetic, efficient, and friendly. The space was beautifully decorated and the ambience inside was lovely.
