   My wife and I were here for our anniversary, and we had a great meal. We had a reservation, and it wasn’t until 10 minutes after that we were seated. It was a little annoying, but a few parties had reservations at the same time. Once we were seated, everything turned around. Our waitress, Cierra was amazing, and communicated with us when our drinks were taking a bit long, and that they were down to their last 3 strip steaks. I ordered the boneless ribeye, and my wife had the strip. They were cooked perfectly, and we ordered the brussels sprouts and red mashed potatoes to go with it. We also had the limoncello cheesecake for dessert. We strongly recommend this place for a special dinner. We also had 3 mixed drinks, and while the place isn’t cheap, for all that we ordered, it wasn’t terribly expensive, considering the quality.

   Excellent service. Great guitar music and quiet singing. The food was beyond amazing. We had the wonderful special salad for starters, bread was hot and delicious. Our entrees were the sea bass fish special, the menu salmon (my personal favorite for any salmon preparation), the pasta and meatballs which came with 3 huge meatballs and finally the "house pie". All were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. They had a lovely selection of wines by the glass, not often available in other establishments. We will add this to our list of east side favorites for sure.

   The experience we had at Chester’s was excellent. Our server (though I can’t remember her name) understood how to provide an inviting, and professional atmosphere for our experience. The boneless 16oz ribeye is full of flavor, with the perfect char. The 4 different steak sauces they have will surely compliment the steak (though I was fine without it) No complaints. Chester’s has made the list for a great steak when I am in Wichita.

   Ordered a Ribeye and they serve a strip steak instead. It tasted good but definitely not a ribeye. This is my second experience here and both times was served a strip in lieu of a ribeye. Overall food is good.

   Great dining experience. We were initially seated in a patio-ish area almost outside, but it was too chilly so they were able to find a table inside and reseat us. Service was great, food was the best we’ve ever had here!

   Service was decent for how busy it was. The drinks were good as well as the calamari for an appetizer. However I ordered the 67 dollar ribeye and had it prepared medium. For a ribeye to be as hard to cut as it was and honestly very pink in the middle I was not too pleased. The mashed potatoes were very heavily butter based and not appetizing. The asparagus was charred too much on the edges and cold in the middle. The pork chops were very overcooked and they brought a second order of them out on the house. I chose not to send my steak back however I brought it to their attention. They were professional and courteous as well as apologetic for the food quality. With the price of the meal I was very dissatisfied with the end result. I will not be coming back here. This is just my opinion, I’m not saying the entire restaurant is bad it could’ve just been a bad batch but for the price I paid and what I got it was enough for me to decide on not coming back any further.
