   We love Brazilian Steak houses, in an all-you-can-eat mood. But this one was the best we went until now. They have different kinds of meat and prepare several types of food for all customers. The people who serve are very kind and friendly and constantly paying attention to all the saloons, The meats are great, with the right cook and perfect taste. We love that the portions of the gaucho gave us a really peace of meet not like the other places! the salad bar is very good too with a lot of options that you can take. we definitely come back soon!

   As always a great experience! Valentina,Omar and Das were incredible, the whole staff was very attentive and friendly. The salad bar and meats 10/10. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion you won’t be disappointed!

   Chima is a great spot to celebrate a special occasion. The ambiance is beautiful, the food is fun, delicious and plentiful. The service is good but spotty. We will go back again.

   We loved our itslian server and his columbian helper. Sorry we did not remember their names. They were always on top of their service and helpful but not over crowding our group.

    Took my husband for his birthday (his first time, my second). It was exactly as I remembered it from the ambiance, service and taste/quality of foods. He is not a major beef/steak eater but he tried almost everything and was satisfied. He LOVED the salmon and our waiter ensured they kept serving him that. I had a favorite cut of meat but I honestly don’t remember what it was called because so much is served so quickly if you don’t flip your card! The drinks were a bit pricey(2 cocktails, singles, were roughly $50). A complimentary cheesecake was provided to him for his birthday and our waiter offered to sing Happy Birthday with me, a nearby table also joined in so it was cute and appreciated! Overall, great experience. We will definitely be back!
