   Food is always excellent. It was Thanksgiving and it was crowded so you had to have patience. It was well worth it!!

   Outstanding service ….very nice ambience . The meat options were on point. The only thing I will suggest is to have the outdoor bar open .

   On a normal night, Chima is great. For Thanksgiving today it was honestly awful. They packed way too many people into the restaurant and the noise levels were absolutely intolerable with screaming children and babies. The service was absolutely atrocious, despite all of the staff members being very kind. But to only have two bartenders and a single drink order taking 35+ minutes is just unacceptable. It was a very disappointing experience. We had to stop someone and ask for every single step of service - water refills, plate replacement, bringing a new set of cutlery when they took the previous set. We couldn't even get a peek at the listing of options available until we asked three separate times. I made the reservations to host family from out of town and they remarked several times that it was a much better experience at chains like Texas de Brazil. Honestly, I'm not sure I'll be back even on non-holidays. It was last a waste of money and really dampened the holiday experience for me and my family.

   I absolutely love Chima and we go often, including on holidays, but I felt it was really off tonight. Our server disappeared almost the entire time and anything we asked for on her rare visit to our table we did not get, and felt like she wasn’t even paying attention. But luckily another server, Joan (I believe that is how he spells his name and pronounces it Joanne) came to our rescue. He was attentive, proactive, and helpful. He definitely picked up the slack from our server disappearing. Also, there seemed to be a lot of chaos at the reception desk with a lot of folks complaining about seating and too many people blocking the entrance to the restaurant and pathway to the bathroom, creating a bottleneck that the manager seemed to have to work through himself. The manager, known to us as “Shorty” is absolutely fantastic and one of the reasons we continue to return to the restaurant despite issues like we had tonight. Shorty always does his best to ensure all customers are happy and feel well taken care of. He does everything within his power to help everything run smoothly, wíhich definitely shows. We can see his effort and really do appreciate him making us feel special.

   Thanksgiving dinner at Chima Steakhouse has become a cherished family tradition for us, and this year was no exception. Omar Arrieta, the General Manager, and his outstanding team went above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience. From the warm hospitality to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The food was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Chima continues to set the standard for excellence, and we’re already looking forward to returning for our Christmas Eve dinner. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a special dining experience!

   Excellent steak and very friendly staff. We are usually not an all-you-can eat type of family but Chima was great. Beautiful entrance and it feel very upscale when you walk in. The quality of the food and drinks were outstanding, especially for the price!

    Celebrated my husband’s birthday here. Restaurant was much bigger than I expected. Nice ambiance and food was seasoned well. Drinks and desert took a while to come out but overall experience was great and I would definitely go back.
