   The only dish that was good was the chilli shrimp. My wife's steak and lobster were undercooked. Fries were lukewarm. Spanish coffee was cold and lacked any liquer. However, the only saving grace was the outstanding service that was very caring and professional. Also worthy of note is that they removed the charge for the steak and lobster and gave us a free dessert

   Asked for medium rare and medium top sirloin , both were rare, asked for the medium to be taken back, it was taken back and cooked more but it was still rare when brought back. It’s also not good service to bring back the same steak , instead of just cooking a new. Very strange. I’ve been here before and had a great experience. Unfortunately for Valentine’s Day, it was not. The waiter was also confused when I was explaining that the steak was not medium even though he could see it was not.

   The food and service were excellent as always! I hope the short rib feature gets added to the menu. While the mushroom risotto was great, I think the short rib would be best with something simpler.

   I have eaten here a number of times over the years that Chop has been open, but I think the food standard has slipped a little in terms of their steaks, which is why many people use this restaurant. Also they tend to overcook the steaks a little that are ordered on the rarer side. Ambience and service is good.

   Our server, Sean was amazing! I found the risotto a little salty. My husband said his meal, which was a steak had real no taste to it so that was a little disappointing. It was kind that they brought out a complementary dessert to celebrate my husband‘s birthday.

   My wife and I came here for our very first time and had a wonderful time. The food and service was beyond 5 stars a 10 if I could. It was more then what we expected. Our server Ahmed was very helpful and polite, he also made our night out comfortable by engaging with us in brief conversations. The hostess that brought us to our table Crystal was very welcoming and also made us feel very welcome and showed us to our booth and was very polite and gracious, She made our first moments there feel as if we were home. The environment had a beautiful cozy feeling and was warm and delighting. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to my colleagues friends and family, based on our experience with the great food and these two highly rewarding employees. Thanks

   Had an amazing dinner at Chop Steakhouse! Started with a variety of appetizers, and each one was packed with flavour. But the real star of the night was the ribeye steak—perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and full of rich, smoky flavor. The atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse experience, this place definitely delivers!

   Sat at the bar to enjoy a Friday night solo steak dinner. Ambience was good. Bartenders were relatively busy, so no interaction with them (chatting, joking, whatever) except to take my order and deliver it. Steak was delicious--kudos to the chef. But I didn't realize that ordering the extra broccolini meant I didn't get the regular vegetables with my meal too. I was charged extra for the broc, but no deduction for the loss of the other veg. In the end, I ended up getting 3/4 of my meal for the same price--plus the extra. I like to hang around a bar/restaurant after finishing my meal just to enjoy the atmosphere and chat with other guests and staff. There really was no point in doing it at this bar. Good steak. Average service. Absolutely nothing spectacular though.
