   Food took almost an hour and a half to come out, steak was overcooked, and y’all had a nerve to put a 25% service charge when the service was trash

   Our server Brittany was amazing. Thats pretty much all i can say that was good. Penne was eh. Steak was overdone and drier than a desert. I thought it would be a nice evening at a nice place but we were sat next to three babies that cried pretty much the whole time. Im a mother so i get it but i wouldn't bring my kids there for a night out especially considering how expensive it was. I probably wont be back.

   The food was great but the service was terrible. One of our meals didn’t come out, and when we raised it to the staff it took close to half an hour before it came out. Our table was right under the thermostat and multiple times waiters/managers came over top my head to adjust the thermostat. When our steaks came, we were both served the wrong temperature. Not to mention there was a table of extremely loud and obnoxious guests right next to us (not the restaurants fault) but the guests were continuously getting up to go outside for cigarettes leaving their chairs pulled out etc. and the waitstaff and other patrons continuously knocked into my girlfriends chair because of it. When I raised these concerns to one of the managers he never returned back to the table. I am not someone who complains at restaurants, but it was so bad I went up to the front desk and spoke to a DIFFERENT manager. He said he would take care of it. He never even stopped by the table to check back in, and they offered us a free dessert. At that point we were so aggravated and disappointed we just paid the check and left. If their food wasn’t great our night would have been ruined — but great food aside, I won’t be returning because of the service and overall experience.

   Steaks were excellent, appys were very good though 27 dollars for a hockey puck size crabcake was a lil much but it was Valentines day so you splurge a lil Everything was delicious !! Plus they gave every woman there a rose, was a nice touch Great evening and great food

   Food was hot and delicious. Skirt steak and cowboy ribeye done great Lobster Mac was delicious but wasn't much lobster for 39.00. The sautéed spinach was excellent and fresh bread was warm and soft. We enjoyed everything and cheesecake was a great ending dessert.

   A very blue-collar and family atmosphere; many parties with small children. The wait staff seemed a little bit unsophisticated yet very efficient and polite. Charred octopus and Kobe meatball appetizers were outstanding; steaks were pretty good. A very poorly dressed man using the computer at the service area in the dining room, seemingly a manager, was a turn off.

   Good Evening Dr. I do apologize about your service not being as sophisticated as you expected but glad they were efficient and polite. Hopefully next time you come in service will be up to your par. As per manager under dressed. we not have our managers under dressed while working in our dining room. Glad you enjoyed your food and hope to see you again.

   This was my first time at CM Steakhouse and I will be returning the service was great, the steaks were perfectly cooked at our desired temperatures and the sides were solid as well. The only real complaint I had was that the table we were sat in was small, when I brought this up to host to see if we can be seated at the bigger table I was told that larger parties were going to be seated soon on those tables but when the other guests were seated they were parties of two as well which I thought was pretty weird considering we were a party of two as well. But other than that, everything was perfect, our waitress was very diligent at taking away plates and making sure the table was cleared and cleaned before the main course. All in all , a solid experience at a solid steakhouse. Way better than Ruth Chris or Capital Grille in my opinion.

   Wonderful food and evening, highly recommend Chris Michael! It was our first time going and we will definitely be back again.

    Chris Michaels was the best as always! Great food , Great service , and great people. Always a good time to go there.
