   This was our Valentine dinner and it is my favorite place to eat a special meal! Great waitress!!! could not have been better. The food was perfect, my steak was perfect and I had a great time!

   I expected a better experience. I ordered Chili and an Ahi salad. The salad was tasty, but small given the price. The chili was watery, with few of chunks of beef. It was nothing like the picture or menu description. The dining room was surprisingly noisy given how few customers were seated. Had it been fuller, it would have been impossible to hold a conversation.

   Our waitress was great, service was great. The food was average at best. We started off with the Tuna appetizer. The appetizer was 6 tiny bites. It was a wonton about an inch in diameter with 3 tiny pieces of tuna. The sauce that was drizzled over it wasn’t even on the bites, it was all on the plate. We both got the Ribeye with Garlic sauce and shrimp. The steak was almost inedible. Full of gristle and chewy fat. The garlic sauce tasted like it came from a jar and there was very little of it. The shrimp had zero seasoning on them. The sweet potato was good and the Brussels were great. Would not recommend if you are looking for a place to have a good steak dinner.

   We met a client at CityRange for lunch. The atmosphere was perfect for a business lunch. The food was hot and fresh and the server was attentive and knowledgeable. I can always count on this restaurant. They are consistent and are perfect for dinner, gatherings, business lunches, etc. Always good and accommodating.

   The service was really pretty good however the food was not. The mashed potatoes were very salty and to be honest felt like they were powdered. The asparagus was fantastic. I would probably give it another try being that was my first time in there and maybe had an off night.

   I ordered prime rib, server came back several minutes later to tell me that they had run out and it would be 45 minutes before they had more. Since I had gone there specifically because of the prime rib, I decided to order it to go. I was then told that she couldn’t place the order because they closed at 9. (I had a 7:15pm reservation). Obviously she was lying which I didn’t appreciate. I would recommend management to encourage their employees to be truthful.

   Service was a bit slow, although I believe he was covering many tables. Restaurant is made up to be upscale per the menu. Although, it was obvious the broccoli was from frozen and the mashed potatoes were presented as if they came from a cafeteria. I had the fish which was supposed to have a beurre blanc sauce and caper tartar. I did not see a beurre blanc sauce. There was a hint of the caper tartar which I wish had been on the side with visual capers on the fish with the beurre blanc drizzled on the fish. Food temp was slightly warm. Baked sweet potato had been sitting quite awhile. I believe the restaurant wants to be upscale, staff dresses as such, ambience is striving to be. I think the food prep needs guidance on how to get there.

    Alex was our server and she was excellent, checking in appropriately without being considered “hovering”, being thorough with our orders, keeping our drinks filled, and graciously boxing up our leftovers.
