   Our lunch was outstanding!!!! The salads, burgers, and fries were delicious! We are coming back tomorrow!!! Our waitress Isabel was so nice and caring! She was attentive and served our group very well! We saw her again on Ritz property. She recognized us and made us feel special!!!

   Maybe the kitchen was understaffed. The service was great, but it was during car week so maybe kitchen was overwhelmed

   So good that we chose Coastal two nights in a row! Excellent food and great service! Great option when you don't want to leave the property!

   We arrived a little early for our reservation and were promptly seated at a lovely table with a great view and then things started to go wrong. We sat, and sat and sat and when I walked to the hostess station to say that our server had not yet been to see us he appeared. He compted our drinks and looked to be putting the train back on the tracks. Then we placed our orders and the salads came in a reasonable time and were very good. Then we sat, and sat and sat. People who were seated after us were paying their checks and leaving and we did not yet have our main course. Our server was busily walking past us doing his very best to avoid eye contact. Finally we left. The tables were about 50% full. About 90 minutes from seating to exit. The place is clearly understaffed and the people they have are inexperienced, not what you expect at a Ritz. We really wanted to love this place as we live close and it is a very nice setting.

    Food was excellent. We had the calamari and Caesar salad to start. Our entrees were the scallop dinner and local shrimp. All the food was delicious. Blake was our server, and he was knowledgeable of the menu and very accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience.
