Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

    Beautifully decorated and truly amazing place to dine. The food is fabulous and the staff is friendly, informative and welcoming. Make your reservation in advance (60 days) if you wish to dine in this gem. My wife and I have dined here since 2008. Art - Renee

    The food was excellent. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Everyone's meal came out except ours. It wasn't long. The manager came over and apologized. We have no complaints. It was worth waiting for.

    We enjoyed the food and cocktails. Hits among our table were the huckleberry martini and mango tango for cocktails, the stuffed piquillo peppers and scallops for appetizers, and the chicken manchego, 1905 salad and Spanish bean soup, mahi mahi and mojo sandwich.

    Service was amazing. Peak time and they were still able to work us around arriving early for our reservation. Our server was very accommodating and hospitable. The food was great and the chefs flavors were wonderful. Definitely a go to eatery every time I visit St Augustine.

    Everything was really good… got there 30 minutes before our reservation and still seat us down. It was really busy due to being Christmas day and the only restaurant open but the bread and butter was awesome, their table side salad was good but what blew my mind was their signature hot sauce and their scallops delicious!!! Pet friendly! We loved it!

    Classic Staple in the community. We were looking foward to a great Christmas dinner but it fell a little short. First off the staff is fantastic! Our waitress was hustling but yet made sure we were taken care off. The crab croquettes were delicious as was the 1905 Salad. Where it fell short was the main, which was the special the Lechon Asado. It had zero appeal to it visually and zero flavor. We ended up not eating it. We tried to save it with the delicious hot sauce which we did really like, but no luck. We were asked if we wanted something else but opted to have it removed from our bill. Understand these are some traditional meals but perhaps a step back looking at how they can be enhanced visually and favorwise might be necessary. Another table next to us returned a fish they said was not good. Overall, the ambience is excellent and staff was great which saved it from getting 2 stars, but food needs some freshening up, imo.
