The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Great experience from start to finish. Austin was our server and he was fantastic. Be sure to get a pitcher of sangria. The food was great and dessert was even better. We live here in Tampa and will be back soon.

    This was my first time eating here. The food was great, but the service was even better. Our server was Brittany and she was awesome. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent as always. Tried a little bit of everything - Tapas, paella, Cuban, soups, 1905, sangria, coffees and guava pastry. Everything was absolutely delicious, including, of course, the Cuban bread to start. Genesis was our server. She was very friendly, professional and attentive.

    My favorite and only place to dine when I visit Tampa. I just love this place and the 1905 salad is amazing of course.

    It’s a huge restaurant they seats well over 1000 people at one time so honestly, I didn’t expect much in food quality or service. Mostly just going because it’s a historical building in a unique neighborhood. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the quality of the food. Five generations have run this restaurant and it’s worth a visit when in Tampa.

    We came for my dad’s birthday and the food was great. Mark was an absolutely amazing server and he went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend him and the Columbia!

    My wife ordered the stuffed shrimp and I had the arroz con pollo and both were delicious. The vanilla and chocolate bread pudding was outstanding and big enough to share.
