I go to Cooper's Hawk because there are specific dishes I love. The food was on point. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. We were seated promptly, and the restaurant wasn't super busy. It took over 10 minutes for the server to acknowledge us and bring water. Fountain drinks were never refilled, and our birthday celebration was not acknowledged. Other tables sat and ate before us, so it wasn't the kitchen. We'll be back, but I won't sit with the server again.

We had a great time as always. The food was amazing. We went at peak dinner service so the noise level was pretty high and the service took longer than normal, but with great company, it’s always better to have more time.

We were seated almost 20 minutes after our reservation. It took a long time (10 minutes) to get our water and first round of drinks. We got bread fairly quickly, but each round of food, apps, main, desert, took a long time between. Out server said drinks were taking a longer time because they did not have the right glasses. Colleen at the wine tasting was outstanding! I left a pair of reading glasses on the table. I called back twice to see if someone found them. It took awhile, but the glasses were found and called back to me the next day.

This location is always hit or miss. Sometimes all good. Sometimes lacks service. Last night the service was lacking. For example we waited 30 mins for bread.

Was just alright. The Coopers Hawks in Kansas City was better in my opinion which is why I booked a reservation at this location. Service was slow and place was extremely loud.

Normally we love going to Coopers Hawk bring a club member and all but this was a different experience. Our waitress was a little clueless and to top it off she was cleaning the table off that was behind where my husband and I were sitting and some how managed to spill/squirt chocolate milk all over my husbands back. I know mistakes happen but she did nothing to make it better.
