   We went for our company's Christmas dinner. We picked during the week instead of weekend. Our service was excellent. We were all had a great time. Thank you .

   Food was incredible! It was extremely loud in there but I understand the atmosphere they are trying to create but my wife gets migraines from extremely loud places and has to wear earplugs. Service was excellent except for some of our group likes there meat more on the well done side and it took a long time to get that food out multiple times. Very cool atmosphere and I would definitely go back.

   Music was a little high. Made it difficult to have conversations at our table of 8. Staff was amazing and prompt. Only complaint would be the high volume of music

   Ladies Night was a hit - great value, for unlimited meat. The sides are to die for - must try the mac and cheese! A special shoutout to the mistletoe martini, their holiday menu was the perfect touch. A true experience to remember!

   We come here every year in December and it is usually great. Last night was disappointing. Waitresses got confused with our table so we had no service for 20 minutes. Eventually walked up to the manager and requested a waitress. 45 mins in we finally got our drinks. for $90/plate this was not worth it. Food was good but service was slacking big time.

   From being seated earlier than our reservation, without any hassle, to the always above great food quality, I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. The savings of making a reservation between 4-5:30, is an added bonus. Only downside, we did encounter a lull in meat service of about 15 minutes. However, this simply allowed us the chance to catch our breath and consume more when they came to us again.

   I had a reservation but we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes past our scheduled time. People who arrived after us were seated before us. Server was not attentive. We asked for mineral water but she forgot it. Drink menu/sides needed to be ordered via website. I had questions about it but the server was no where to be found. Paid extra on a Friday night for a show. Our dinner was at 9PM. Show was about 5 minutes long and we barely saw it from our table. I date ordered a wine and I ordered a mixed drink. Her wine arrived 5 minutes before my drink. Was looking forward to a dessert however the main dessert was gone and the only alternative was fried banana......... Had to track the server down for our bill.

    Food was good. We were served with food for the first 10 mins then no one came back to our table. We were constantly watching servers walking around with food but none came to our table. We left hungry and disappointed we paid $65 per person, $225 bill total for 3 people and felt like we still needed a meal after. Service was not good. Our server came to the table twice and never saw her again until it was time to pay. I work in the service industry and understand being busy or understaffed, but this was very disappointing.
