I’m admittedly, somewhat of a steak snob and I’m very hard to please. The steak at Stripsteak however was wonderful - perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the beef quality was incredible. The A5 wagyu was a little rich for me personally, but the Washugyu Ribeye was perfection.
We also loved the ahi crudo roll appetizers- a must get. The hamachi and ahi tacos were also pretty good.
Service was very good and professional. However, one comment I would make is that I ordered an expensive glass of Opus One to accompany dinner and they should have brought the bottle to the table and poured it in front of me. However, that was not rhetorical case. For high-end wine and alcohol, it should be presented in the bottle.
