- PPaulLeinster •1 review5.0Dined todayMy young family and my wife and I had a beautiful experience in The Lord Mayors Lounge at the Shelbourne. Service was very attentive, warm and friendly, particular credit goes to Johanna, who was very friendly to our two young children. There was a slight glitch with your booking, which Imelda, the duty manager, dealt with very well - the kitchen was very accommodating to us also. Overall, a very pleasant experience and looking forward to our next visit already. - JJaneDublin •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024It’s just the perfect place to celebrate Christmas Eve. The Atrium is the perfect antidote to the madness of the city outside. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make your visit special. - OTOpenTable DinerDublin •3 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 7, 2024Beautiful place, lovely ambience and decor. Service was so slow though, we waited ages to order a drink, even though we were given the menus as soon as we arrived. Had to ask for a drink, and later to order food ( even though we had the menus already), then had to ask again for desserts) food was delicious and the one staff member was very nice, but obviously run off his feet. We were going to the theatre closebyMore infoCourtyardPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• Dorset Street•4.3
