The ramen was super oily and the short rib was tough and not tender. It also almost tasted like pork but it looked like beef. The skillet cookie was okay. The cookie was very eggy which did turn us off from eating it. We had a party of 10 people from 4 families and accidentally made reservations for the wrong restaurant at 7:45. By the time I noticed the mistake, the earliest I could get was 8:15 but we were all already en route and arrived at 7:45 from 30-45 minutes away. The host went above and beyond to move things around and get us seated near the bar, where we enjoyed playing trivia, drinks, and dinner. We were pleasantly surprised with a diverse menu that met everyone's needs. The decor was fun and festive. Pretzel bites were good but it was a small portion in my opinion, Good cheese sauce. French fries were breaded, but good. Kids mac n cheese very good. Carolina burger was the only disappointing food item which honestly sounded like a great burger, I think they might have forgotten the sauce, it was very bland and the description sounded like it would explode in my mouth. Service was sub par. Sever was unable to recommend an IPA or other beer. With that many beers on tap all employees should be able to recommend one, even if it's just based on the name. Chairs weren't very comfy and the music was loud. Employees standing at the bar talking were using inappropriate language and there were a lot of children in the restaurant.
