I booked a booth beforehand and let the staff know it was her birthday. We had to change the time of our reservation beforehand - easy process there. When we arrived the booth was set aside, and a birthday card sat on our table. Staff brought her a nice birthday dessert later on. We have been to Earl's at King West several times now. Working a very NYC vibe in Kensington market with phenomenal staff, delicious food in a fun comfortable arty room. Sat at the kitchen bar: a front row seat to watching the chefs do their magic. Last night was a special tasting menu, highlights for me were the Crueler with Crab, the green chili, pancetta and collard paparadelle and the delicious sour dough. Our table was ready to go when we came even when it was busy, the staff were wonderful throughout, constantly checking in on us and providing suggestions as it was our first time there. Food was AMAZING - specifically the beef birria and jerk chicken tacos as well as the jalapeno poppers.
